A clean and quiet space. Very basic with no extra amenities (so be sure to bring everything you may need). It is quite comfortable but the layout is isn’t represented very well in the description. The kitchen and living areas are downstairs. You must go outside and up a flight of stairs to access the bathroom and two bedroom. And there is only a half curtain separating the bedrooms so not a lot of privacy (have to walk through the first bedroom to access the bathroom if you’re sleeping in the second bedroom) Overall it was a good place.

We had a three day stay at Chacko’s Airbnb. He was a great communicator, whatever we needed, he was quick to respond and made sure we got necessary items from his helpers. We gave him a few tips on how to improve the stay experience at his unit for future guests and he was most gracious, stating he would make improvements promptly. We appreciate all he did for us. The laundry facilities were value added!
