We had a great stay at Susanne's Lodge which was a pleasure to stay in. The surrounding location is superb for walks and visiting near by towns. Choose the right day and climb Ben Rinnes for amazing views!

Had a great stay at McFarlane Lodge. House was more spacious than expected. Kids loved playing outside in the garden. We used both the fire pit and the indoor fire. House is in a great location for Aviemore, Landmark and Brodie Castle. Would happily stay again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I stayed at the lodge for three nights with my sister and our two dogs and we had the best time! The lodge is beautifully decorated and the living room was the perfect place to relax with the wood stove after a busy day of exploring the Cairngorms. The lodge is located in a lovely quiet spot where you can easily access the Speyside Way walk along the river, as well as easily accessible to other walks in the area. The garden was also amazing for stargazing and having a morning coffee listening to the birds. Susanne was so helpful and accommodating, and super communicative with any of our questions. We will definitely be back and can’t wait to stay at the lodge in the future! Thanks again for everything Susanne!
