This is a really unique apartment, but kinda hard to find. Bottom line: Don't trust the GPS directions. But once inside, it's nice. Clean, quiet, convenient. I'd be happy to stay here again on my next trip to Nice.

I had a great stay at this apartment- quiet and clean and very close for all amenities, and with trains nearby to explore surrounding areas, you will have a great holiday here. I would come back again next time I visit Nice if available.

Wir waren hoch zufrieden und würden uns sofort noch einmal für diese Lage und gegebenfalls für diese Wohnung entscheiden. Zum Strand 12 Minuten, zum Bahnhof 5 Minuten, zu zwei wunderbaren Boulangerien jeweils 1 Minute, zum Ge,üsehändler 0 Minuten, weil direkt am Hofausgang, gegenüber das Thailändische Restaurant haben wir leider erst am letzten Tag entdeckt - sehr gutes Essen zum normalen zw. günstigen Preis. Ganz viel Kiez-Leben drumherum. Und trotzdem ist die Wohnung mit ihrer Hinterhoflage vollkommen ruhig. Innen alles noch fast wie gerade neu renoviert, gutes Design. Insgesamt eher über unseren Erwartungen.

Really enjoyed staying here. A few minute’ walk from the centre of Nice and even closer to the main station. Lovely apartment - perfect.
