This residence is quiet and cozy. It is near Larnaca Center with swimming pool where you can relax and enjoy the sunshine. Walking distance to Bus station, Shop and Restaurants.Gym / Fitness center, Bakery and Supermarket are 100 meters away. For the comfort and safety of your stay the rooms have Deposit safe box, Mini Fridge, A/C Kettle and an Elevator. We are boutique residence. Each room has it’s own private bathroom. It is only a 10-12mins walk to seaside.

The main guy was so nice and helpful! The location wasn’t as close to the beach as we thought but still close enough about 20-15min walk… the room is simple and clean! Though no cleaning service During the stay. We enjoyed we recommend. And then pool is great! ❤️

Ik was er 1 nacht. werd goed opgevangen Het was een goed Hotel.
Accommodation was beautiful and clean. Even we came in late hours for check in, there was no problem with it. Communication was very good. Definitely recommend!
