Original stone fireplace and fully-stocked kitchen with new appliances and dining area. Entry from the stairs inside or directly from the wrap-around deck. Loft: Oversized loft with one twin and two queen beds and a small balcony. Ground Floor: Wood-burning fireplace, Smart TV, 7' pool table and cozy seating. Bedroom with queen bed. Second bedroom with twin bed is adjacent to the laundry room. Updated bathroom with soft, fluffy towels and basics including shampoo/conditioner and hair dryer. This floor has a flat entry. Outdoor Area: Wrap-around deck with breathtaking views. Outdoor seating, gas BBQ and full size horseshoe pit. There is a small trail that meanders around the property. There is a slope, so be careful and explore at your own risk. UCLA open up their property for our guests to use. Use the access gate on the east side of the property. When it is cold outside, the central heating keeps the home toasty and warm.
