The cabin was just like it was described. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked. Instructions were helpful. The beds were super comfy and the living area was cozy. We also enjoyed the hot tub patio. Gloria was very friendly and super responsive. It’s a super cute and cozy stay if you are looking for peace and quiet!

We unfortunately had to cancel our stay due to the weather. But Gloria was so helpful, very kind and understanding. There was a snow storm the day of our trip heading there to check in, it was our first time dealing with those types of weather conditions. I called Gloria letting her know the situation and she was trying to help with what she could. It was roughly around 10:30pm she didn’t fall asleep until we let her know we were safe down the mountain. The drive up there was beautiful!! But it didn’t help that it was late, dark and snowy. I Will definitely be coming back at a different time, the customer service she provided was AMAZING!!! She genuinely cared for our safety.

I took a 2 day trip with my wife and five little daughters. Cabin was nice, clean, and impressively updated, offering plenty of room to stretch out and relax. However, I noticed a couple of areas that could use improvement. Firstly, the heater took a while to warm up the home, which was a bit inconvenient, especially during chilly evenings. Secondly, the hot tub also took some time to heat up, delaying plans for a relaxing soak. Despite these minor setbacks, overall, it was a fantastic day spent in the cabin. I appreciated the serene surroundings and the peaceful ambiance the cabin provided. The modern amenities added a touch of luxury to my stay, making it feel like a home away from home. The comfortable beds ensured a restful night's sleep, leaving you refreshed. The cabin’s rustic charm combined with modern amenities created the perfect atmosphere for relaxation and rejuvenation.

Quick to respond and helpful with a multitude of things; from instructions on how to turn on the hot-tub and how long it takes to advice on dealing with unexpected snow, Gloria was a gracious and responsible host.

We thought this was a great place to get away from the hustle & bustle of SoCal. We had never been to Crestline before. It's a very quiet, cute town - lots of little twist, turns and history. Gloria's house was nicely maintained, full of helpful instructions, games we could play, and some nice amenities (I'm looking at you, hot tub). If you're looking to get into the mountains, take a look :-)
