Linnet is one of eight stone-built lodges at Moor and Sea Holidays near Lynmouth, set in lovely gardens with south-facing views. Beautifully refurbished with airy open plan living space and picture windows overlooking the gardens and views beyond. There is a private terrace perfect for alfresco dining or stargazing. Within easy reach of spectacular coastline, beautiful award-winning beaches, the moor and coastal walks, the perfect base from which to explore this beautiful part of the world. Moor and Sea Holidays. Self Catering lodges Linnet Lodge ( number 6 on the plan) has its own private outside dining area with screening and lovely planting. Beautifully refurbished to suit families, couples, or holidays with friends. Linnet Lodge has an airy open-plan living area leading onto the private dining terrace and gardens. The lovely south-facing terrace has views over the gardens and moor, morning coffee as the sun rises, and star gazing as the night draws in under Exmoor's dark skies. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a stylish and cosy living room, and a dining area designed to create both a place to sit and play games or read as well as a place to eat. The living area has a comfy double sofa bed for extra guests, allowing up to 4 people per lodge. A spacious double bedroom provides a calm and peaceful sanctuary with French linen bedding. Linnet has a walk-in shower. We have super fast fibre optic broadband throughout all of our accommodation. The newly landscaped gardens have been designed and planted to encourage wildlife, including wildflower meadow planting and fruit trees for the bees and birds. As well as each lodge has its own south-facing private terrace, there are lovely gardens and 11 acres of beautiful fields for our guests to use at Moor and Sea. Throughout our build, we have been mindful of using environmentally friendly materials and design. From natural or recycled insulation and building materials, eco-friendly cleaning products and consumables to new energy-efficient appliances throughout. We have two Rolec EV charging points that can be used with the VendElectric app. This is easily downloadable onto your phone. There is a utility room for our guests with a lending library of books and indoor and outdoor games. We also have a light and airy art room for our guests to enjoy.
