First the postivies: the location is excellent, very close to the centre with shops and the beach. The house itself is a lovely building, the beds were comfortable and clean. Parking space is not far away. When we first arrived, the air conditioning wasn't working and we spent a night in the middle of summer and it was hotter inside than outside. It was too noisy to have the windows open, so didn't sleep very well. Carlos was kind enough to offer a refund for that first night, and sent a technician to fix the air-con the next day, which resolved the issue. There were several other minor things: * the handle broke on the downstairs toilet * when using the bath on the first floor bathroom, any water spilt on the floor (which is hard not to do in a bath in the middle of the bathroom) goes directly down and drips onto the ground floor * The oven doesn't work (although one is listed) * The general layout of the house is a bit odd, power sockets and light switches in strange places, no useful mirror in the bathroom on the top floor * Could do with some more plates and glasses Not huge problems, but at the price it is listed at, I feel that things should have been smoother. Apart from that, we had a great stay. The area is fantastic and the nearby restaurants and shops are of a very high quality. Can recommend Gambero Rozzo for dinner, it is superb.

Carlo's place is beautiful and really close to the beach, shopping, restaurants and everything else you might need. We highly recommend staying here while you visit Cattolica! We hope to be back sometime.

Carlos apartment is really something extra and I can really recommend it, very graceful and perfect located close the beach and restaurant.
