Very good place and host. Very good communication. Always keep the keys with you if you plan to go out late because it opens the gate.

Moises’s place exceeded our expectations. The apartment complex is absolutely gorgeous, within walking distance to the park, and has a really nice gym on the terrace. Moises was super responsive and accommodating. The room was super clean and peaceful. Very modern and trendy as well. Would highly recommend this Airbnb.

I'm very sorry to say I didn't have a good experience with Moises. We are in the same work field and I would rather not to write negative things about it but what I found at check in time wasn't pleasant. the loft was very dirty and I texted him about it. he sent a very nice employee from the cleaning company that cleaned up the place again because it was clear that it has not been done previously ( hair everywhere on the floor,greasy kitchen, bathroom garbage not thrown out, dust all over, the inside of the microwave not to be remembered...) At the end of it, he never texted me back or showed up to know how we were doing or to make up a very bad start. I sent him a WhatsApp to know if we could check out later and he never texted me back.someone else did through the Airbnb account. A couple of nice words showing more attention and care would have been enough to fix it all. Too bad.
