We enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed, it was very clean, the beds were comfortable and it was in a good location. We will definitely consider this place again.

My colleagues and I found this Airbnb to be perfect to rent for a week while we worked at the lab here. Dan was helpful and communicative our whole stay! We’ll keep this place in mind for the next time we come back to ABQ.

The 3BR/2BA home was well-suited for our family of four and served as a great base for our explorations around town and the surrounding area. Seems like everything was 15 min away! The home was well furnished and had everything we needed for our weeks stay during March- weather ranged from 30-70 degrees and home was always comfortable. Dan was responsive and provided us with excellent communication including easy directions for check-in and out. Thumbs Up!

There are only a few places I've walked into and felt right at home, and Dan's place is one of them. It was perfect for me, my spouse, and our 2 kids. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, with a great view of the Sandia mountains. The living room gets great natural lighting which was inviting throughout the day to lounge and relax. Dan was very responsive and we had everything we needed. We chose Dan's place as it's close to grocery stores (as we didn't want to eat out the entire length of our stay), the mountains, and just a shot away from all the great museums and things to do in Albuquerque. We'll be back!
