Eustace’s place is settled in a quiet neighborhood that is convenient to uptown Charlotte and Noda. It is also within 15 minutes of UNC Charlotte. It is great for travelers who want a private short term stay near the city or even long term residents who go to school in the area. There is a private entrance to the property and a designated parking area on the street. The unit itself has all the necessities that you may need. laundry facility is conveniently located around the back of the property. The bed is comfortable and there is plenty of closet space along with a big dresser for all of your clothes. I appreciated Eustace’s communication throughout my stay. His responsiveness was quick and thoughtful. The place was very clean and smelt fresh upon arrival. Clear instructions are provided for an easy check in experience. Overall, Eustace provided a very nice stay for me and my cat and I would recommend this place to anyone coming to Charlotte.

Upon arriving I was able to check in easily with a private access. I was however disappointed in the lack of cleanliness within the room. Staying here for my short term stay shortly turned into home. If you’re looking to stay within minutes from the uptown area and great surrounding food options, this is a great place!

This studio is all of the photos and more! Eustace was very helpful and responsive when I had questions about the area and space. The only downside was leaving so soon. Was a very comfortable space. Definitely will return.
