Good location, nice garden, quiet. Totally lacks ventilation, so there is terrible smell of rot and mould. After 2 nights there, our hair and clothes smell really bad. A lot of dust on the floor, spiders in corners. Unneeded items creating mess, like used toothbrush. Toilet paper missing.

Peyman is a great host in that he’s very responsive. I booked his airbnb with one day’s notice and he made it happen. The flat is pretty nice and has what you need for a short stay. It also has a lovely garden and is right by the river. However, some of the items listed are inaccurate. For example, in the listing, black out blinds are mentioned when in fact there are flimsy curtains that don’t keep the light out (and none at all in the living area with the sofa bed). I don’t have a problem with this in principle, but had we known, we would have brought black out blinds for our children. Similarly, the post says that the flat is 5 minutes from the shopping centre when in fact it’s a 7 minute *drive* and you can’t really get anywhere without a car. Again, no issue but would be good to have the facts before one books. I’d recommend updating the listing.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich toll, wenn man nicht direkt im Zentrum Hamburgs sein möchte! Ausstattung und Sauberkeit waren okay - auf jeden Fall für ein Wochenende ausreichend :)
