David and Victoria are great hosts, they are masters at their craft. The room has everything for business and coziness. The serene atmosphere of the house creates a calm and relaxing environment, while the outdoor spaces are perfect for unwinding and enjoying leisure time.

The experience I am having (extended the stay) is going great, and because of how peaceful it is I am inclined to say that it helps with concentration if one is to work or study here. There are plenty of home designs and furnishings to illustrate the hosts' ambiance inside their humble abode. Both Victoria and David are very responsive; they are helpful with any guidance and orientation. Now that the weather is getting warmer, I hope to enjoy reading and writing more around the pool and down by the dock.

Fantastic neighborhood, convenient to best parts of Jacksonville. Fabulous hosts who take pride in what they are doing. Super clean, thoughtfully decorated and comfortable with lots of storage for your stuff.. Easy parking and checkin process. They were so kind to welcome me upon arrival last minute and late. Lots of little touches that make this a special spot, especially the sound of the waterfall!

What a great place to relax and work! I felt right at home and the bed was SUPER comfy! The standing desk was fantastic, and the location was perfect!
