Close to the beach Le Veillon and Port Bourgenay Golf course, in a quiet residential neighborhood, Villa SILENE is ideally located to enjoy holidays Villa SILENE is comfortable and functional, with a large bright living room, open to the south and west, furnished and decorated with care. It is a friendly place where we can come together and share good times. The lounge provides a flat screen, a DVD player, a large bouquet of TV channels, speaker and wifi throughout the house. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, appliances and utensils for cooking and enjoying the flavors of the Vendée. The villa offers six comfortable sleeps with quality bedding and storage: two double bedrooms with bed 160x200 and a single room with two beds of 90x190. The terrace of the villa, to the south, is sunny all day and borders the heated private pool in the heart of a small raised garden closed by wooden trellises to preserve the tranquility of this area. The Villa is wooden frames, bioclimatic designed, providing a healthy and comfortable accommodation throughout the year. It is ideal for holidays or short stays.

Jolie maison située dans un beau quartier résidentiel. La maison est conforme à la description. La piscine est bien appréciable ainsi que les extérieurs. Les lits sont confortables et le logement bien situé . Nous avons pu arriver un peu avant l'heure prévue ce que nous avons aussi bien apprécié. Petite indication pour les futurs locataires : les draps sont en option et donc payants ce que nous n'avions pas compris étant donné que les draps étaient notés dans le descriptif du logement.
Séjour très agréable, au calme dans une tres belle maison bien décorée et équipée. Terrasse et piscine ensoleillée toute la journée. Quartier calme et reposant, à quelques minutes de la plage ! Merci !
parfait, très belle maison . revoir l'adresse indiqué sur l'annonce car ce n'était pas le bon numéro mais juste a côté .Et voir a mettre le code wifi plus visible car nous avons jamais trouvé la boxe et l'hôte nous a répondu que le lendemain matin malgré les appels et messages... sinon tout était parfait l'hôte nous avait bien expliqué comment arriver et pareil pour le départ ! top 👌 .

Our villa is ideally located in quiet Village of Port Bourgenay, near the Port Bourgenay Golf course, which is a beautiful links, between pines and groves, all with ocean view. Only 2km from the marina, where there are many water activities, and within 2.5 km from the beach Le Veillon. This spot is famous for its kite-surfing and windsurfing.
The villa is also in close proximity to several beaches, as Tanchet, La Mine or La Grande Plage des Sables d'Olonne, and many activities such as horseback riding, sailing, kite surfing, hiking, tennis and many others.
The estuary of Payré, near the beach, is a remarkable landscape of Vendée for its nature and its biodiversity. You can walk and discover the activities that exhibit this unique and preserved environment, performed by oyster farmers of La Guittière, always ready to taste their products.
On the way to Les Sables d'Olonne, and less than 2 km from our villa, stand the Aquarium The Seventh Continent. A beachfront cycle track offers connections to Les Sables d'Olonne along the bay of Cayola and crossing the Bois de Saint Jean, ideal setting for a bike ride.
Gourmets will appreciate Le Cayola, gourmet restaurant with an exceptional view on the Bay. Less than 10 km away, Les Sables d'Olonne also offer some very good addresses for everyone, as La Pilotine, Le Quai des Saveurs or Le Galway on Port Olonna.
Finally, the Vendée is a country steeped in history, and many testimonies of this rich history are available to visitors. Thus, less than 5 km from the villa is the Château de Talmont, a remnant of the passage of Richard Lion Heart
