Fran Y Manuela’s place was clean & quiet. It was in a fantastic location with everything within walking distance. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Great location but sadly not a luxury apartment as advertised. The place was dirty with lots of stains and clumps of hair in bedroom and bathroom. The apartment lacked some basic items such as waste paper bins in bedrooms, more mirrors and a pair of scissors in the kitchen. Beds not that comfortable either.

Fijn appartement midden in het centrum met alle bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand. Appartement is schoon en praktisch ingericht, rustig klein complex. Aanrader!

Great location, nice and well maintained apartment. Lacking little touches that make it more homely. Lacking obvious requirements (clothes drier with washing machine - though brought promptly when requested but shows not thought through). All flats have access to roof terrace opposite, this one includes private terrace, no shade which my Mum needed. Amazing amazing views of the city though lacking little touches on the terrace. Stair bannister up feels cheap and few poles coming out. Seville is an expensive city and some apartments online look very dreary. This one is bright with the amazing views on terrace but actual apartment as a stand-alone is nothing particularly special. Nice but not special and not penthouse feeling as advertised but good for the amazing location. Bathroom light leaked. Showed no interest in my report of this until the last day when they wanted to come and see (not helpful on last night) though helpful with requests otherwise. Four stars seems fair!

The place is amazing, walking distance to everywhere! Beautiful location, the host replies in minutes if not seconds when something is needed. I absolutely loved this place, it’s in a peaceful area where you won’t be bothered by noise but close enough to walk anywhere. I highly recommend if staying in Sevilla!
