Abhistek is great host- very polite, helpful and quick at replying. We wanted to bring our much loved Cocker Spaniel, Oscar which as a pet friendly airbnb we were able to do. The accommodation was nicely laid out and fitted out to a satisfactory standard although the kitchen was especially impressive. It is in a great location, next to the train station and a 10 minute walk to the shoreline. As a converted house into 3 flats means there is inevitable some noise from neighbours. This wasn’t a problem for us. Everyone was respectful within the building. The flat was cleaned to a good standard and well equipped. As we had Oscar with us I made sure the property including the bathroom and kitchen was left cleaned to a high standard and all our rubbish removed. Hopefully a welcomed gesture for the cleaner. Thank you Abhistek for letting us stay at your place.

Great place in a nice location - would recommend for singles or couples looking for a base to explore Brighton from.

Me and two friends stayed here for two nights over Easter. The check in and out times are very reasonable and the keys were easy to access from the lockbox, however in the entry hallway the doors are not marked A or B so we had to guess which door was the entrance to the flat. The first thing we noticed is that the sofa bed was not made up as a bed even though we had requested it. The sofa also smelt of dog, which is expected as it is pet friendly but unpleasant. The bedding was all synthetic and the pillows and towels also smelt a little. The kitchen had some tea but barely any cutlery, there was just enough for three guests for one meal. Overall the place was clean, and also a good location as it is a less than 10min walk to the Hove high street and about 15 to the beach. It is also very easy to get to the train station by bus, about 15-20 minutes.

Great place, nicely furnished and comfortable, would definitely stay again. Good distance to Brighton, only about a 50 minute walk or quick bus/train

Abhishek is a great host - very communicative and helpful! We stayed in the flat for almost 3 weeks and we were happy with our stay. The bed and sheets were comfy, albeit slightly small, the kitchen was well equipped with all utensils and the living room was a nice bright colourful space. The nearest shops are about a 5 minute walk and the station is about 10 mins away. The only downside is that the walls/floors are thin so you can hear the occupants of other residences but otherwise a great value for money stay.
