Come and stay in this pretty single storey house from 1930 and its 2 bedrooms. Enjoy a garden and a shaded terrace. Located in a small, quiet street in the Alyscamps district, you will be won over by this very well located holiday home (LUMA, town centre, amphitheater 10 mins walk away). Free parking in front of the house or in the garden closed by a gate. 3rd bedroom in the living room, Marius Cabassud outdoor swimming pool and TPA tennis courts 5 mins walk away. Contact me by message please. Covered terrace to be in the shade and garden, space to park bicycles, a parking space in the garden closed by a gate. - 1 bedroom with 160x200 cm bed, desk, clothes rack and drawer - 1 bedroom with a 140X200 cm bed with 1 large closet - 1 sofa bed 80x190 cm in the living room which closes and can become a third bedroom, TV, Wardrobe 1 bathroom with shower 2 toilets 1 laundry room (washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, detergent) 1 kitchen 4-burner gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, sodastream and large table 2 fridge-freezers Table, chairs, parasol and deck chair in the garden Tables and chairs on the covered terrace Wireless

Un grand merci à Barbara pour son accueil à la fois chaleureux et professionnel, rien ne nous a manqué. Ambiance sereine dans cette petite maison arlésienne qui est aménagée avec goût, le jardin pour se poser est vraiment un plus. Le quartier est calme et proche du centre ville et de la tour Luma. Nous n'avons pas du tout utilisé la voiture pendant notre séjour. On ne pouvait rêver mieux pour passer quelques jours à Arles.

Super séjour, accueil parfait, maison super bien située, propre. Attention au stationnement dans la rue, en face de l’entrée du jardin si un véhicule se gare, impossible de sortir, surtout en période de FERIA. Nous avons super apprécié L’environnement calme, et les prestations comme décrites à la réservation.

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique à Arles dans le logement de Barbara. les personnes relai sur place étaient au petit soin; le jardin nous a dépaysé complètement; l’environnement est calme et est bordé par une promenade pleine de figuier. La maison garde la fraîcheur; nous n’avions plus envie de repartir :) Proche du centre ville à pied et en même temps calme et paisible. Nous garderons un super souvenir de ce séjour.

La maison est simple mais agréable et bien située. Le tarif est un peu cher. Surtout les 80€ de frais de ménage.

The Alyscamps district in Arles, an island of greenery in the city!
The Allée des Alyscamps, painted by Van Gogh and Gauguin in the fall of 1888, extends to the Saint-Honorat des Alyscamps church and its Roman necropolis. Site classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, I recommend the visit! Then go to the Luma Foundation by accessing the workshop park, it's right next door! The workshop park is freely accessible every day from 7:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. The LUMA Foundation is open every day, from 10 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Last entry at 6:45 p.m. Free entry by reservation.
In the evening, go dancing and have a drink at La Croisière! Great outdoor spot!
And if the next day you want to go running, take your sports shoes and leave directly from the house towards Pont Van Gogh!

Everything is possible by bike! Downtown as very big ballad. You can reach the Via Rhôna 5 minutes from the house towards the Pont Van Gogh.
Store and bike repair 10 minutes from the house.
No parking problems for cars! And it's free!
In the garden and in front of the house... No need to turn for hours!
Fancy the beach? Take your car towards Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer 35 km away or the wild beach of Piémanson (direction Salin de Giraud).
Great TACO & CO Arles bike taxis for getting around or touring the whole city!
