Troy’s place was great for two small families (the kids shared the kids room), the kitchen was well equipped and we had a great time. The only thing is that it was a bit hard to find the house despite Troy’s detailed directions ( the google location was incorrect) - just make sure not to pass three from the second gate before finding the house. Other than that- highly recommended.

We have spent a great week at Troy’s place. Lots fun at the lake, Yosemite is ~1h15min away, which is awesome. Be aware that Yosemite has reservations on weekend and the entry admission is for three days, also even on work days you should arrive early to find a good parking spot. The Troy’s house is clean, comfortable and has everything you need. Communication with the host was easy and friendly as well! Highly recommended!

Troy was very helpful with our Airbnb experience. He was helpful and proactive at times I needed help. He recommended a great food spot. He was kind and friendly, asking about our vacation. It was hard to get to the Airbnb but Troy was proactive and gave clear instructions on how to arrive.

Great place to stay. Very clean and Spacious and only an 35 minutes away from the Yosemite entrance.

The Gkids loved the fact that they could see wild life that they had never seen before right at the house! They saw a bear, many deer, & a buck, wild turkey, blue jays, squirrels, free range cows along Ferretti road, geese, & a crazy white goose on the lake, etc. We took walks daily and were impressed with the additions of play structures at the Lake Lodge and fishermen's cove. We rented kayaks and a paddle boat to explore the lake.
