This home is gorgeous! The pictures are perfectly accurate. The home is decorated beautifully and was so cozy. The super large dining table was so accomodating, the pool house was a fun hang out spot, and the front porch, looking over the beautiful grass at the huge old trees lining the street. Each bathroom & the kitchen had plenty of amenities, so we didnt have to run right out for shampoo, trash bags & laundry soap. The beds were comfortable, water pressure was great. Asbury Park is becoming more and more walkable as the years pass and this visit was extra fun. There are so many close restaurants and shops. We felt so at home here. We will definitely be back & will be staying here!!

Gorgeous home exactly as in pictures. Extremely comfortable for a group of ladies in the off season to sit around and catch up and play board games, gossip and share drinks. Because of the off season and not great weather, we did not use the outdoor amenities but they seem to be a HUGE bonus (with most accessories provided) in the warmer months so I am jealous of those staying at that time. Clean, comfy, safe. Not sure what else a group would need !

I cannot thank Trey and Jason enough for the hospitality . They were wonderful from our initial communication to the last . Human Connection and good energy is something that I prioritize, and it is evident that these hosts feel the same ! They are genuine souls , and truly want your experience to be everything you have asked for and more . Thank you for making this weekend extra special . Would highly recommend !!!! The Grayson was a great stay and Jason & Trey were very helpful and accommodating. We booked it for our wedding weekend and specifically because we felt it was a great location for pictures. The entire place was beautiful with very chic decor. Beds were comfy, the place was clean, and the pool was great. Jason & Trey were responsive and proactive to all questions or issues (all minor). One thing to keep in mind is that they are very strict with capacity/gatherings. We asked to have family over for the rehearsal dinner (5-10 people in addition to the 6 allowed). The listing says no events or parties, but we felt a small, quiet family gathering was reasonable. They were polite but the response was a hard no due to neighbors potentially complaining. If your trip has no more than 6, then you are golden. If there is any chance that you want/need to have any gathering in excess of 6, then we recommend you talk to them about it in advance of booking. Overall, we would book the Grayson again.
