Great place to stay! Perfect for us - 2 adults and an infant! Would book again.
Great place I really recommend every time I go to bhc this is the place!
The apartment was clean and well stocked with everything we needed to sleep over and rest for a few nights! I would recommend it for single individuals or a couple. The apartment complex isn’t the nicest and it’s not ideal for kids. This is a perfect, clean space for people to rest on a road trip for a short period of time.
Fun little get away turned into a nightmare that had us running for home. Before arriving got a text that we couldn’t use the pool/ hot tub the day of check in. Upon arrival there was a very loud party going on. Get inside and the floors are sticky and dirty. We were there with our 1 year olds so that made it very difficult to let them play. Messaged the host and he completely ignored my message and asked if I had read the house rules ( a 15-20 page very strict manual listing out multiple charges if you don’t abide by them) next day when the power goes out message again letting him know that we might have to check out early if the power is out too long due to no AC and the response back is: we can’t get a refund for that and that if our AC had gone out at home who would we expect to get a refund from. It was very uncalled for. AirBnB does protect us in the event amenities listed are not available. We left a day early. We would never rent any property from this host again.

This is a quiet apartment community just 5 miles from the Laughlin Casino area which offers, gambling, entertainment and a variety of dining options.
The apartment is just a few blocks from the Colorado River and Mohave Lake is just about 7 miles away. There are plenty of boat launches nearby as well.
Your vacation home is located close to shopping, dining, fun, and all the amenities you will need!
A car is recommended, however, there is nearby public transportation, such as taxis, Uber, & Lyft to get anywhere you like.

Both my wife, Marina, and I are experienced world travelers having visited destinations all over North, Central & South America, Asia, and Europe. Throughout our travels, we've experienced the finest of each region's varied cultures/customs and brought back with us many ideas for what we feel it takes to host the most pleasant, relaxing and enjoyable stay for our guests. We commit to always be available and if for some reason we can't promptly answer your call ie. we're taking in a movie and need to step out of the theater, we pledge to get back to you within 60 minutes, tops! We realize your vacation time is valuable and each minute spent standing by is time taken away from your relaxation or fun, so we cringe at the thought of you waiting. We're here to answer any question no matter how large or how small; to provide you with as much assistance as possible, and generally make your stay as memorable as we feasibly can. And, for your convenience, we are fluent in both English and Spanish, with a sprinkling of some basic communication phrases in a few other languages. Our interest range from a variety of physical activities, usually enjoyed with our giant Great Dane "Junior", to being insatiable movie buffs - anything but a scary Horror flick. We love upscale shopping and dining where we're able to enjoy the latest hotspots and taste all the trendy culinary adventures around our area. If it's related to real estate, interior design, or an awesome car, we likely could share a stimulating conversation over a fine glass of wine. Given our passion for real estate, we have several short-term vacation rentals plus 100's of full-time apartments and rental homes spread all over this beautiful state of Arizona, all of which we've meticulously renovated using only the same high-end standards as our vacation properties. If you love your Airbnb home-away-from-home and are entertaining an extended stay in the area, we likely have a longer-term unit, just as lovely, we can make available for you to tour.
