The best features of this sunny A-frame are its vibes, which include a reverse osmosis water system and use of all non-toxic and organic products. Located on the "island" of Gunnison Bend Reservoir, this house offers a zen space whether in or outside. The space offers a (queen) bedroom, loft (2 queen memory foam sofa sleepers), 2 bathrooms, and plenty of sun year-round. Within walking distance to both community beaches on the island, with paddle boards, adult & kid kayaks available. House is an A-frame with exposed aspen tongue-and-groove ceiling, cozy loft, and private deck. The house has been completely renovated and has a fully stocked kitchen complete with spices, and air fryer, blender, and other kitchen essentials. The bedroom is on the main floor, along with two bathrooms and a living room. The loft is equipped with two queen-sized sofa sleepers and a TV, as well as art materials and essential oil kits to encourage creativity. Loft also opens up to a private deck and has amazing sunset views. The backyard patio boasts a grill and fire table, and beautiful flowers in the spring and summer months. Stand-up paddle boards and kayaks are available. This house is decorated to capture the spirit of each season with the intent of serving as a self-retreat for those who stay here.

Highly recommend. Extremely clean, newer furnishings, comfortable bed, quite, nice back yard, spacious and comfortable. Kelli was very accomodating and gave suggestions of things to do and see. Friendly and very quick to respond. If I'm in the area again, this would be my first choice!
Kelli’s home is one of the most beautiful Air b&b’s I have been in. If you’re visiting anywhere in or near Delta, Hinckley or central Utah this place is an absolute must. Or if you just want to stay in a gorgeous home to rest, relax and detach from the crazy world, this is the place. Kelli was awesome. I regret staying just one night. Next time will definitely stay longer.
We had a great stay! Good central location for a few rockhounding day trips. Very comfortable home, clean and well stocked! We have no complaints. I especially appreciated the great coffee station with everything needed to get my coffee and take it on the road (including to-go cups) so my husband didn’t have to wait for me to drink it. lol
We absolutely loved staying here. it was an adorable space with lots of amenities. It was a perfect place for a rockhounding base camp. We look forward to coming back and exploring the reservoir more next time.
Definitely will be staying again! Nice, clean, and quiet area. Slept four of us comfortably!
