Charlies place was super clean. Easy to find. GPS took us right there. Our flight into Houston was delayed, but we were able to check in when we finally got there late at night. The neighborhood had lots of trees, birds and squires. Quiet area while we were there. Nice jogging path.

Had problem with A/C the night before an Ironman and had to wait until next day. It was fixed, however temp wasnt comfy. Had to use ceiling fans which did worked. Sadly, only option given was to wait. No discount or other courtesy was offered.

We had a great stay. The house fits the description and has beautiful surroundings. Charlie, the host, was responsive and friendly. We appreciated the clean, comfortable space and the light snacks and waters provided.

We had a great time at Charlie's place, it's a really well maintained property at a great location in The Woodlands. Charlie was always there for us to help out, great communication. Thanks again!
