Cozy apartment in the gated community with pool and private parking. Located in a walking distance to shopping center, restaurants and 3 golf courses. Close to the exellent shopping center in La Zenia and 9 min drive to the beach. Newly renovates bedrooms and new air conditioning (2021)! The apartment is ideally located in the quiet, gated community with a new renovated pool and private parking space, close to local tourist spots, shopping areas and golf courses. Apartment is fully furnished, equipped with washing machine, fridge/freezer and air conditioning. The is Wi-Fi in the apartment. The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a new comfortable double bed, and second with two single beds. There is a nice bed sofa in the living room for one more person. It's about 9 min drive to the sea, 7 min drive to the excellent shopping center La Zenia Boulevarde. Walking distance to supermarket Mercadona and "centre" with lots of bars, restaurants and entertainment. There is at least 3 golf courses within 5 min walk. This is excellent place for a couples get away, golf enthusiasts and for families with children!

Super accueil de Sveltana appartement propre, coin à proximité de tout et la propriétaire Mlle Larisa est géniale, prevoyante elle répond rapidement et à l'écoute, nous avons passés 10 jours à merveille je recommande sans hésitation Merci
Отличная квартира недалеко от моря. Рядом гольф поля, магазины. Близко Огромный торговый центр. В квартире есть все необходимое для жизни, даже больше. Спасибо большое хозяевам за чудесный отдых.
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en cette période de début septembre, bien au calme, comme nous le recherchions. En cette période, il n’y avait quasiment aucun voisin. La piscine est agréable, et la proximité de la plage, à savoir 5 kms, est un élément très intéressant pour les vacances. Tous les commerces sont à proximité. Nous sommes ravis de ce séjour, car nous avons vécu dehors... et avons pu profiter de toutes nos soirées en extérieur ! Merci à Alice pour ses réponses rapides.
Location is great as you can get to the coast, the pink lake, the sea or the old Spanish villages from a central starting point. The apartment is secure, the pool is excellent, the grounds are kept well and there are many residents in a well looked after community. The price we paid matched the apartment size/space a big clean yard gave private alfresco dinning an opportunity, BBQ after lazy beach or pool days being preferred to outside dinning - take away a galore also available at good prices local to living. Clean well equipped apartment. Good water pressure, hot water. A/C ample and many cooling fans available. Would recommend
