Conveniently located on the main street in beautiful Dunkeld, you are walking distance to all the towns amenities including the 2 hatted Royal Mail Hotel. This cute little 3 bedroom house will suit families and groups alike. A scenic town, Dunkeld is at the base of the Grampians National Park. With lots of walking trails and the recently opened Grampians Peaks Trail. Little House in Parker is a humble weatherboard home. 3 bedrooms are available consisting of a queen bed, two single beds and a king (or two singles upon prior arrangement). All beds have linen supplied and have mattress toppers for extra comfort. The small living room has a door to separate from the other areas and contains a tv and in-built fireplace. The bathroom consists of a shower in a bath with shower curtain. A separate toilet is located at the other end of the house, toilet paper is provided. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a dining table. Host always welcomes feedback on how we can improve your stay.

A great place for a group that wants to explore the southern Grampians whether that be a family or a groups of hikers like ourselves. The accommodation had everything needed for 6 people. It has a full kitchen so self catering is possible. It has enough space for multiple cars both inside and outside the property. I think the place inside looks better than the pictures on AirBnB. Hayley always responds quickly and access to the property is easy via a lockbox. Very good value for large groups.
Easy check in. On main road which can be busy but didnt bother us. Fireplace was lovely in evenings. Close to service station. Good place to base ourselves for southern part of Grampians. Hamilton about 30min drive away for supplies (coles etc)
Like home, old but clean, renovated bath
Host was responsive and very easy to communicate with. House had everything we needed for our weekend away. Newly renovated modern bathroom was great too.
