Cosy 3 bedrooms apartment, 70m2, ideally located on the Rambla del Poblenou, one of the nicest and authentic pedestrian avenues of Barcelona. Only 10 walking minutes away from the best beaches of the city. The neighbourhood offers plenty of gastronomic options. To go to Plaza Catalunya/Ramblas, there is a subway station a few steps away, for a 10 minutes direct ride. The apartment is located in a historic classified building, meaning high ceilings, thick walls and many charming details. It recently went trough an integral renovation. You will enjoy a premium location, directly on the Rambla del Poblenou, having your coffee and/or meals on the balcony just above a typical Spanish lively atmosphere. And once you close the doors, it's all about cosiness and quietness.

The house is beautiful and Gilles was very responsive and accommodating with anything we needed. The home is very well stocked with everything you need. We really enjoyed our stay in his home!
Schitterend appartement op een heel leuke locatie. Verschillende goede restaurants in de buurt, vlakbij het strand en als uitvalsbasis is Barcelona volledig te voet te doen van hieruit!
We (a family of 4 with 2 teenage kids) had an amazing stay at Gilles‘ apartment. Beautiful, very clean, stylish place in a nice and authentic neighbourhood away from the extremely touristy areas, quiet enough but still lively and with everything you would need in terms of shops, restaurants, some absolutely great coffee shops, bakeries etc, we would definitely stay there again. 3 bedrooms were perfect with 2 teenage kids. Gilles was extremely responsive to all of our queries, always answered promptly, early check-in and late check-out was possible. All in all quite an outstanding find in a wonderful city!

Poblenou is one of the most authentic area of Barcelona. It offers plenty of gastronomic options, a great pedestrian avenue (Rambla de Poblenou), and is directly connected to the seafront. Its beaches (Bogatell, Mar Bella...) are clearly the best ones in Barcelona, in terms of visitors profile, sport activities and surroundings.
You can discover Poblenou and the seafront by foot or bike. To go to the Ramblas / Plaza Catalunya area, you have a direct metro line a few steps away from the apartment (10 minutes ride), many bus options and taxis.
