i really like everthing inside the apt but the surrounding was very bad meaning dark roads and they didnt let us go to the hotel pool area and it was inside the hard rock hotel

Overall GREAT place to stay. Very neat, clean, and beautiful condo. Only two minor downsides, it is not EASY to get in the gate. We used taxis, and waited a pretty long time to get in around 6pm (after check in) the guards kept asking me for so many things, ALL I had was a confirmation. I think the host needs to do a better job of giving all the information to the guards of who is staying. I waited about 45 minutes to be even able to enter the gate to then drive to the second gate where the condo is. So beware. Also I’m pretty sure we were given the wrong door code because it DID not work. But once we were given a new code it did work. Also beware the hot tub DOES NOT have hot water. So we didn’t use it, I personally don’t want to sit in a cold tub. Other than those minor hiccups we had a blast!

I enjoyed my stay at Scarlett’s Airbnb, very clean, looks exactly like the picture. I wished I was informed about needing a car or something to move around in because everything is a distance away. It will take you around 20 minutes or more to walk in the campus just to go to the hard rock hotel and casino or the beach club. It was challenging to get a shuttle for everything especially when the shuttle is finish at 5:30pm. We had to use taxis in the same campus that charge $10US just to go to condo from the hotel that’s 5mins-7mins away that was ridiculous to me. Overall Scarlett was responsive for the most part.
