We had an amazing stay at the cottage. We were warmly and professionally received by the host upon arrival as we checked in. The cottage is located in a very peaceful and quiet area, and yet close enough to services at the same time. If you’re looking to get some peace and quiet by the seaside and you would like to truly relax, this is the ideal place. I can’t even think of anything that was lacking. The pictures of the place are beautiful, but it reality it’s even better. They’re also very knowledgeable of the surrounding area for tips and advice. I’ve travelled quite a bit in my life and this has been one of my most enjoyable stays.

Myself, my husband and our 2 year old stayed at Betsy's cottage for 9 wonderful days and we were so sad to have to leave. We felt comfortable and relaxed and completely welcomed from the moment we arrived. The cottage itself, gardens, and the views from the terrace were all just gorgeous. Betsy had really thought about what we might find useful travelling with a toddler and had provided everything we needed. She was on hand for anything we needed and was always very quick to respond. She managed to perfectly balance giving us our privacy but knowing she was there if we needed something or just wanted to have a lovely chat. The cottage was very private and in such a peaceful little cove with direct access to the pebble beach. It was spotless on arrival, the beds were super comfortable, and although there is a wood burning stove we didn't need it for our stay in mid December. We are hoping to make this magical place a regular one to return to. Thank you Betsy and family!

Wonderful month long stay. Very peaceful with great views out to sea. The accommodation has all you need to cater for yourself. It is possible to walk into Villa jayosa but ideally you need a car. The TV has Netflix to sign in to your account. This kept us occupied during the evening. Betsy is a very warm and courteous host who will help you if needed. I am missing the cottage already and hope to return in the future. Thank you Betsy. Health and happiness for the future love Phil and Sherry.

Loved staying at Betsys; beautiful place right on a quiet beach, so nice going to sleep to the sound of the sea. Betsy was a wonderful host too and it Vila Joiosa itself was a surprise treat, lovely spot. Thanks for everything Betsy!
