Great stay. Roy's place is well equipped with all the basics needed for self catering and was very clean and tidy. The pre-stay communication and check in instructions were very clear and useful, and the self check it was easy. Very warm and cosy, and had some nice little touches to make the place feel very homely. Would absolutely stay again.

Roy and Heather's is a cosy place to stay, perfectly located next to shops, restaurants or bars in Headingley. It is close to the city centre, we walked each day (about 40 mins) but you can catch the bus from the top of their road. Despite the location, we had no trouble with noise over our weekend stay. Great check-in instructions provided, their place was squeaky clean and the kitchen was big and had everything you could need to self-cater your trip. The design and lay-out of the flat was cosy and welcoming, and Roy and Heather were friendly and responsive throughout communication. This would have been a 5* stay but our only issue was the bed which was noisy upon any slight movement, like moving a limb when otherwise laying still, and we found the pillows very thin and the mattress hard (although the latter are obviously down to personal preference). It wasn't intolerable, just something to note for those who prioritise a comfortable bed! Still a good stay which we would recommend!
