Antonellas home was beautifully appointed and felt very cosy and welcoming. While it is a part of their home, the room and bathroom have privacy from the families main house. The room was impeccable, bed comfortable and was all we needed for a base during our stay in Venice. Antonella was an exceptional and friendly host who was available to offer suggestions and advice on where to go and what to be aware of. We took up the option for adding a daily breakfast and were thrilled to wake up each morning to a beautifully presented trolley at our door - it was the perfect way to start the day and Antonella was wonderful with allowing for our dietary requirements. This location is near the university and away from the tourist catchment making it far less crowded and a nice retreat in the evenings. Easy access to all areas of Venice either walking or catching a water bus from nearby. We’d highly recommend this hosts property

Everything was fine. The breakfast was very good and I liked having it on my room in the mornings. Antonella and her husband are really nice and will answer your questions or help. On my arrival I thought the door does not open. But I just did not push it hard enough. Antonella helped me on the phone. The house is in a quiet area and I could sleep well at night.

We had a great time at Antonella's place, it is located perfectly in a quiet corner of Venice. Very well placed, nearby to the water taxi station. All major tourist attractions can be explored on foot itself. The place itself is very beautiful and aesthetic, we enjoyed our stay and privacy for the 4 days we were in Venice.

Nous ne nous sommes pas croisés car nous avions des horaires décalés, tout s'est fait via l'application, réactivité et conseils au top. L'emplacement est calme et lumineux tout en étant proche des zones touristiques (10 - 15 mns à pied) . L'accès depuis la gare routière (Plazza di Roma) est facile et rapide. La boulangerie Majer,sur le trajet, propose d'excellents fritelles.
