I recommend this villa to everyone, specially if you are going with friends and rent the whole villa. The place was clean and nice. There is a big yard with grass for the kids, and it has a fence, so it's save for them to roam in the yard without supervision. The beach is pretty close. The host Alexander is great, he even gave us free drinks and treats for being the first guests this season. I would definitely return here.

We spend a wonderful time at Aleksander place . Very great hospitality and polite person, accommodation was perfect and I am very satisfied. Everything was perfect . Very helpful host, cleanness, comfortable, location, flexible for check-in & out, Great owner, great house. The room has Everything that you need when you are on vacation. Clean. Centrally located. Close to famous beaches. Has hot water, kitchen utensils, even mosquito tablets :) We really enjoyed our stay.

The villa is perfect for 7 families, who want to spend their holiday together. Even though the separate appartments are pretty small everything needed is available. Anyway we were mostly appreciating the time outdoors. We could perfectly gather in the yard, prepare dinner on the barbecue and dine together. The children were also having a great time with their own playground. The host was very responsive and reacted promptly on all our minor issues. We had a quick access to a long sandy beach. Perfect stay! We would visit again!

Alexander was a great host. he was very prompt In his responses and the place was exactly like the pictures and well stocked. couple or nice beach bars nearby and well located to get to other spots in halkidiki
