Trouble with the lock was quickly solved. I was given another room. The area housing laundry was a bit dirty and smelly. Toilet needed cleaning, bit yuk. Kitchen dish washer didn't work properly at first, wouldn't finish cycle or drain. Came good in the second week. Mouse and rat baits made me feel a little uncomfortable at night, thought I might run into some surprises. Room and bathroom were excellent. A more thorough clean is really all that was needed of downstairs area. Overall value for money good place to stay

I made a last minute booking and it was an easy self check-in process as the instructions were very clear. I had some initial issues when I arrived as there was no toilet paper and the toilet itself was not flushing. However, Tareq was very responsive and this issue was quickly resolved. Tareq's place was clean, simple and suitable for a short stay. Overall, my experience was positive.
