很棒的住宿

Clean and comfy home for our family of four. With two toddlers. We are neat freaks. Hana brought me extra towels herself with a few hours of requesting. The first night, the neighbor's dogs were barking all night. We told Hana and then there was no barking for the entire stay. Water heater works great. She doesn't have a limit on loads of laundry. Hana refunded me my original stay which I had to cancel due to unforseen reasons. This compelled me to rebook her place for our postponed trip although I found a nicer looking place elsewhere. Because integrity of the host ensures a stress free stay. She left me a fresh mop, bucket and floor cleaner upon request. She provides clear instructions in her welcome message. She has minimal check out instructions. Was the perfect place for us!

All everything is good. The check in time 4 pm is little late for us. We would like check in time 2 pm as hotel

Everything in Hana's home was just as described and depicted in the photos. She is also very easy to communicate with and friendly. Beds were very comfortable and the home was very clean. Location is quiet and safe. Wifi was able to handle my video conferencing for work while the other members of my family enjoyed web browsing and streaming in the living room. I would not hesitate to stay again in the future!
