House was free of clutter & had plenty of space for family meeting, private, peaceful & in a central location for what we wanted to do in our first visit to Savannah, GA. We selected this house in February & felt the house was not prepared to receive us. Among other issues, due to no working lights in the front door, missing light bulb in bathroom, not properly cleaned (windows & doors had many dead bugs & had not been cleaned, food crumbs in living room furniture), chipped dinner plates & only 1 small kitchen towel for our 6 days stay. We tried to reach host & took several days to have outside light bulb replaced. The house has great potential but needs to be taken care of in order to welcome the guests. We will likely return to the Savannah area in the future, & would definitely consider this place if these items are addressed. We understand you pay extra for the space, place & location. This place is a gem in the making. Thank you.

We absolutely loved the location of the house! It was close to downtown Savannah and Tybee Island. We loved the Tybee Island lighthouse and museum tour. We also visited Fort Pulaski National Monument, which is a must see. The house was nice and comfortable and the TV was easy to use. Nice!

Our family had a great time during our stay. The house is very nice and the location is perfectly situated between Savannah and Tybee Island in a quiet neighborhood. Will definitely look to book next time we are in Savannah.
