We had a great weekend at Brad’s! We were in Charlottetown for a basketball tournament with our daughters. Lots of space for 3 families! Having the 3 bathrooms with teenagers was a bonus and washer/dryer to wash their jerseys between games was great! Very convenient location! Neighbourhood was lovely and quiet. Lots of room for 3 cars in driveway. Enjoyed the bbq and patio. Lots of visits from blue jays! The house was well stocked with towels, linens, & amenities! Brad was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely come back!

We had a great stay here for Christmas/New Years. We were visiting family on the island - and it was very walkable to all the cousins houses. We enjoyed being able to walk to Simmons to skate and the boys enjoyed walking to Brighton Clover for treats. Only negative is for us - in winter especially with bulky clothing and a longer stay - it was hard to store all of our clothing. There is no dressers or furniture in the upstairs bedrooms - one closet had shelving - but the others just hanging space, so we had to live out of our suitcases on the floor. The closets are big; so even a chest of drawers inside the closet would be helpful! Brad was very communicative and they even came to shovel our drive and walkway when it snowed! It was unexpected - but appreciated! We love the island life!
