Perfect place to relax for a couple days. Five adults had more than enough room with 3 bathrooms! Comfortable amenities and lots of extras to make our quick stay super convenient! (Coffee! 😊 popcorn 😊 and bottled waters😊) Couldn’t beat the views from the front porch of the pastures, horses, and sunset.

We treasure our time at this sweet cottage while visiting family! The setting is incredible and the accommodations are just what our family of 5 and pup need! We look forward to the next stay already :)

We were in town for a wedding at The Brooks at Weatherford and my parents, niece and her boyfriend, and toddler daughter and I stayed comfortably at the house. It's located 5 minutes away from town and about 20 minutes away from the venue -- conveniently located all around! One thing to note, even though there are no smoking signs posted, unfortunately the house had clearly been smoked in prior to our stay. They had air purifiers running upon check in, but there was still work to be done to remove the smell.

We were impressed with the flexibility Katie and Tanner showed us when we asked for special consideration. House was clean and spacious, and our dog and kids loved the fenced yard and making friends with the neighbors horses! They were communicative and responded quickly. We stayed 2 weeks while we waited to close on our new house, and the home was well-stocked with necessities for that time frame. Conveniently located, peaceful scenery and low traffic noise, but 5 min from restaurants and other venues. We recommend this place! We recommend this place.

We loved staying at this spacious home! Katie and Tanner had water and snacks set out for us. So nice! The kitchen was equipped with all the basics. The WiFi internet worked great. The beds and and pillows were super comfortable. ❤️I would stay here again for sure!
