Big house, great for a weekend with friends. Lots of space, big dining room for family style dinners, and great view of lake. One note: this property requires a security deposit, which is mentioned frequently in the house instructions (e.g., if you do not run dishwasher, wash pans, or strip sheets, and cleaners charge extra, your security deposit will be deducted). We would have done all of these things anyways, but it felt like the threat of a security deposit was hanging over my head.

Beautiful view, beautiful house. Lots of space for our gathering of 10, and there were multiple settings within the house for all the things on our wish list. Spacious. Near to what Wilmington has to offer. No nearby neighbors.

An amazing house!! Our party stayed during a weekend in early October and we were extremely pleased with the house. The layout is conducive to congregating a large group, but the bedrooms are situated in a way that privacy can be achieved at all hours. It would be hard to find someone that would complain about the kitchen…plenty of counter space and room to move. Emilio was an excellent just…good communication. Highly recommended!!!

We enjoyed our stay. It’s a very big home that could accommodate many people. A little pricey, but good value and able to accommodate a large group. Overall great experience and would recommend.
