this apartment definitely looked much better in the Fotos!! also needs to be sprayed for cockroaches. The worse is I booked this apartment based on the fact that there was an air conditioner as one of the amenities, however I was then told it is an extra cost of 5 euro per day. it's really not a lot of money at all but just not correct to ask for money for something that is listed as included. also being next to a construction site did not help with sleeping I will definitely not go back or recommend.

Très sympa et pratique, bien situé au cœur du Plateau (le quartier historique de Praia), et un super accueil de Joaquina. On recommande !

I stayed 4 nights at Joaquinas place. Hot shower, very comfy bed, tea, coffee, little balcony (not on street side, so no view). Wifi was working very good and the contact with Joaquina and her husband was great and always very fast. After one night I even could change room, just because I liked it more the second one. Very uncomplicated, thanks again for everything!!
