Located in a gated community close to Siriúba and Sino beaches, our 193m2 house comfortably accommodates up to 6 people in 3 suites. The condominium has a shared swimming pool and sauna, and is surrounded by greenery. We are also close to the village, being a strategic place for walks and visits to restaurants. Upon entering the house, guests will find a well-lit and airy environment. In this first space, there is a TV room and a living room with armchairs and sofa. Because the house is all glass, the rooms are fully integrated into the external environment, which includes a wooden deck, ideal for enjoying days outdoors. From it, you have a view of a garden and a little river. In the same space as the rooms, we have an open concept kitchen with the necessary utensils for the stay. Going up the stairs, we have 3 suites, 2 of which are double and 1 with two single beds. We have WI-FI if you want to do a home office on the beach. We have 2 parking spaces available.
