Loved the place, pool & time in Chula

This 3 bedroom Air BnB was clean, well-layed out, "homey" and well-equipped in Chula Vista, 15 mins from downtown San Diego. The quietness by the lovely, well landscaped pool was a joy, with birdsong the only sound. Some of our San Diego family members questioned its Chula Vista location, but we found it to be a "hidden gem" that offered restaurant prices that were "more normal" than in uber pricey San Diego. Indeed, in CV we felt more like "natives" than tourists. Andrew came by to check on the pool and was helpful and welcoming. Another plus was the fantastic gas stove - a high end one - that made kitchen-time a treat. In addition to the pool, our 10 year old grand-son loved the well-stocked game room and having his own TV (one in each bedroom & living room.) We concur with other guest feedback that this is an excellent deal for families visiting the San Diego area. The private pool is what drew us, but really it was really just the icing on the cake.
