Absolutely Awesome place to stay! The home is Beautiful and spacious with plenty of room! The welcome basket left was adorable and a surprise!! Kassie is amazing at communicating!! Would definitely recommend to someone looking for a place to stay in the area!!

Kassie was excellent! She was prompt to respond to any questions I had about the stay and even worked with me to allow me to check in early. The home was perfect for us to be able to visit with family after several years of being away in military service. The home was clean and absolutely beautiful. They provided a welcome kit full of goodies and even breakfast supplies that really went over the top. We really enjoyed our stay. The hike down to the water was long but also an experience in itself. It was absolutely beautiful whether it was mid day or even at night. They have solar lights that light up the stairs at night and it is breath taking. The only issue we had was that the dock had several wasps nests and we kept being attacked. My husband broke a paddle trying to kill them before they stung any of our kiddos. That’s not really something the host would be able to predict and when we told Kassie she immediately responded that they would take care of it. All in all I would like to say thank you for the wonderful weekend and hope that we can book again one day in the future.

Kassie’s home was as described and so lovely! The layout was great with bathrooms in every bedroom - definitely plenty of space for a large group. It’s a bit of a trek to/from the lake but the landscape was gorgeous and peaceful. The host provided multiple activities for enjoying time around the dock, including inflatables and a rope swing. They even made it super easy for us to roast marshmallows by the campfire! Very thoughtful hosts!

Our group of 10 rented the Lake Daze Hideaway for a long weekend and were thoroughly impressed! The house is gorgeous, well furnished, and was roomy even with the 10 of us. The kitchen is spacious and was comfortable for several people to work in at once. The deck is beautiful, perfect for grilling and playing cards while it pours down rain. The dock is lovely, complete with a floating trampoline and a rope swing. It’s in a small cove that’s not particularly sheltered from the main lake, but we tied our boat up for the weekend and had no issue, even through a strong thunderstorm and a bunch of wakesurfers. The only thing to be aware of is the stairs from the house to the dock. It’s probably a 100+ foot elevation change, meaning you’re getting a full cardio workout every time you come up. I’ve never seen so many stairs in my life, so once you head down for the day you should plan on staying until you’re done. Unfortunately it’s definitely not for those with injuries or handicaps. We highly recommend the Lake Daze Hideaway for a crew of relatively fit folks. The dock is perfect for the sunny days, and the house and covered porch were perfect for relaxing and weathering a storm. Kassie was very responsive, the house was very clean, and we will likely be returning next year!
