Such a great place. We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was just as described. Very clean and spacious. Half our party was not able to make it but it was okay. Have future visits in Vegas and will definitely consider staying here again. Loved it!

Brett's place was clean, nice, good location, spacious, and overall just what we wanted. Also he was flexible with the check in that helped tremendously. I'd definitely book again

Nice house, looked exactly like the photos. Very tidy and clean. Perfect size & location for our group. Brett was very easy to work with and responded quickly via text. Kitchen had just the basics, but not much more. Lots of hot water and water pressure. Ceiling fans in all the bedrooms. Didn't get a chance to use the games in the garage but we will next time. Will definitely rent again!

Very awesome host answered all our questions and was very accommodating for check in. They only thing alittle uncomfortable was that there were 2 really noise beds couldn’t turn without a lot of crunching. Besides that everything else was very nice.

Stayed here for our traditional thanksgiving Vegas trip. Convenient place to stay if you are looking to stay away from the hustle and bustle of The Strip. Close to downtown Summerlin and local casinos. Surrounded by family friendly facilities. Would recommend if you are looking for a comfortable, no frills stay. If you are planning to stay with a large group for longer than a weekend I recommend bringing extra toiletries and toilet paper. Luckily this listing is literally walking distance to Albertson’s, CVS and Family Dollar! Thank you for being a great and communicative host, Brett!
