I want to thank Mike and sue for the amazing experience we had here , it really felt like home everything was beautiful and clean, the location was gorgeous and peaceful and nice and quiet, we had fun looking at the local ducks and the neighbors were so friendly, Mike and sue really made us feel like we new them for years they created us with smiles and laughter and gave us wonderful recommendations of places to see , I would gladly come back and stay here and I really recommend anyone to come stay here especially if you want a peaceful vacation, o look forward to my next trip to Jacksonville

Sue was so nice to explain the location and how to get there, way ahead of time. Everything was explained well, I felt very relaxed. The day of the check in we left way too late, which made the arrival time after dark. Our own fault, but Sue was so sweet to escort us to the rental place. And wow as we entered everything exactly as on the pictures. Nice and clean and everything well organized. We brought breakfast items and food for 2 dinners. We were enlightened by the 2 cool chairs that are arranged in the living room. Beautiful. Sue’s place is calm and relaxing and thats exactly what we needed before a stressful interview we had. All went well. I especially enjoyed chatting to Sue and meeting her husband Mike. Very sweet couple. We will stay there again, when we visit Jacksonville. Thank you for being such a great host.

We couldn’t have asked for better hosts than Sue and her husband. This place felt like home and so much more. Definitely recommend if y’all are looking for a place to stay while in town :) we’ll definitely be back this way!

Cozy place to stay! Very convenient to restaurants and Jjva, where my daughter had volleyball tournaments. Place was spotless.
