I can't say enough about our stay at Greg & Wendy's house. We showed up after a long day of travel to the most perfect vacation home. They had mood lighting and music welcoming us and quickly reached out to see if there was anything we needed. We were traveling with three families and four teenagers, the house offered everything we needed for an amazing week. The neighborhood was friendly and safe, we had no worries about teenage girls wandering around at any time of the day. The location was a perfect balance of a peaceful retreat in a location that we could take walks and bike rides to enjoy the town and coastal neighborhood while having proximity to AMI and all it has to offer. Manatee viewing was a quick 5 minute walk from the house! All of our shopping needs were right there and most of our drives to the Island were 15 minutes tops, be aware of the busiest times though. There is so much more I could say about this rental, but you should experience it for yourself!!!

Helped us out in a pinch with a last minute booking and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The hosts were quick to respond when needed and offered tips about the area, like the manatees nearby! The house is gorgeous with a great floor plan for large groups. The yard is lovely with pool, hot tub, fire table, perfect for hanging out after a day at the beach. Would definitely stay here again when in the area. Thank you for a great spring break!

We really enjoyed our stay at Greg and Wendy's place. The house is very nice, and the outside area is beautiful. Tons of amenities, and all the comforts of home. The place was very clean and well organized, and Wendy was very responsive. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need. Overall, an excellent AirBnB!

Greg & Wendy are fantastic hosts with a fantastic home. Their place is spacious and beautiful both inside and out! It is conveniently located to SRQ, the beaches, restaurants, and many activities. Monster Manatee watching at Portosueno Park (hint - playing music on your phone will bring several to the service) and Free fishing at Rose Park is all within short walking distance. Would definitely book again!!!
