Loved our stay at Lavender Cottage, super clean, spacious with quality furnishings. back garden was a great space and fully enclosed. the cottage couldn't be any better situated for the eateries, lovely harbour pubs, and travelling about. a really lovely calm and pristine space...we will be back in a heartbeat! thank you !

Absolutely loved our stay at Lavender cottage. Incredible location right in the heart of Seahouses but it was still quiet and peaceful. The house is spacious and modern. Beds are so comfy! We’d definitely come back to stay again it was brilliant!

Lavender Cottage is a beautifully presented house on a quiet street. We had lots of room for an adult and 2 young children and found the beds extremely comfortable. The kitchen was stylish and well-equipped and the house was comfortable and cosy. We really appreciated the milk and bread that was left for us. The area was really handy for takeaways and shops, plus it’s a very short walk to the scenic harbour. The beaches are also beautiful and were very quiet - as was the whole town when we visited. Note that the washing machine and dryer are in an outbuilding with a gravel path between it and the back door - it might be worth bringing flip flops if you plan to nip out to wash things. The garden was really nice - not that it was weather to use it, but it looks like a lovely space. The shower was very good and we slept well with no noise from outside or neighbouring properties.

Lavender Cottage was a perfect place to stay in Seahouses, close enough to the town but still very peaceful. The house was perfectly equipped with everything we needed for our stay including hotel quality bedding! Also very dog friendly for Dougal the border collie. The house was spotless and had useful off road parking. We love Seahouses and will definitely be back.

This was our first time staying in Lavender cottage. We were a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teenagers and a dog) We have been visiting Seahouses for years during our school October week. The house was perfect. Spotlessly clean, comfortable and well equipped. Within walking distance of local shops, restaurants, harbour and beach. Carolyn was very responsive and check in/out was straightforward. Would highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
