First, the host was very slow to respond about check in instructions. I had to contact airbnb support to make her get to me. She also lacked communication about their parking space, which requires a dangerously sharp turn to a steep hill from the main road. We had difficulty in finding the entrance to the place as it was not visible from the busy road. I would expect her to explain these details beforehand as we are complete strangers to the region. When we arrived, she said she didn’t know we had kids, but the reservation was made for 4. What is worst was the heavy smell of humidity inside. It was like sleeping in a cave. We couldn’t have the windows open cuz there was no fly nets and we had to deal with spiders and mosquitoes for two nights. The view was the only good thing but the room was on the other side of the building so we couldn’t see much of it from our side. I don’t even mention the dust on the couch and stains on kids’ sheets. They made our Ohrid stay very unpleasant!

Terrible host. He was unresponsive, we waited for 40 minutes and he didn't pick up the phone, he didn't even come to meet us. The place wasn't very clean. It was cold and we got sick there after staying. We asked for a heater and he said that he would bring us one, but again we kept calling him on the phone and he didn't pick up . After 7 hours his sister brought us a heater that didn't work just to keep us quiet. It was a terrible experience. Would not recommend this to anyone. Just don't.
