Birgit and Kevins beach house is a perfect getaway. Big kitchen and very large deck. The perfect place to hang out and chill. Right on the beach and close to Ventura and Santa Barbara restaurants. Surfing at Mondo's is just a few minutes walk down the beach. Both Birgit and Kevin were very responsive if we had any questions. Their home had everything we needed. As long as they are renting we will be back every year.

Amazing house and amazing ocean view. We stayed over there 7 nights, and ended up wanting to extend one more week, but unfortunately its all booked out. We are planning to go back next summer!! the only minus point was the kitchen paper towels were run out but without refill. We had to head to market to purchase one ourself. other than that, its perfect !

My family had a brilliant week staying at Kevin and Birgit’s lovely home! The location on a beautiful stretch of beach is stunning and the house was even more spectacular than it appears in the photos. We all would love to stay at Chez Mondo again!

Chez Mondo was fabulous and as advertised. Perfect location and perfect amenities throughout the ocean front beach house. We have stayed at several rentals on Faria Beach and Chez Mondo is by far the best. Great Host, Great House, Great location. Looking forward to staying again.

The setting was absolutely breathtaking. The house, deck, ocean and beach entertained and met all of our families expectations everyday. We repeated nonstop, “we can’t ask for any more.” From the beautiful views, to the boogie boarding, long walks on the sand, and the dolphins providing a show every afternoon. We were there with our family and never left except for one dinner. We are planning our next visit. Thank you Kevin and Birgit
