Holiday Hill Haven Vacation Home This breathtaking 3 bedroom vacation home sits right on Dildo Pond, with access to the water where you can enjoy your own private dock, and many walking trails around and behind the pond. Bedrooms Each bedroom throughout the house is fitted with a Queen size bed with Posturepedic mattress and lots of pillows for your comfort. All bedrooms have a double closet for your storage needs and an Amazon Alexa Echo device to conveniently control the lights, lamps and heating in each room. The master bedroom, or "Moon Room" is located on the main level and offers a spa inspired ensuite, with a large soaker tub. The Spare bedroom, or "Tribal Room" is also located on the main level and has an oversized closet with organizer for extra storage space. The downstairs bedroom, or "Cod Room" is not your typical basement bedroom. The large above ground window allows views of the pond and the sunrise right from your bed. The room also has a reading bench in front of the window and its own mini fridge for your convenience. Kitchen/Living room space This large open concept space is filled with natural light from the floor to vaulted ceiling windows. Enjoy panoramic views of the pond, sunrise and night sky from this cozy but spacious area. If you can pull your eyes away from the window views, you will see local artwork from our favourite Artist, Joan Roberts, and an abundance of greenery. This area is equipped with an Amazon Alexa Echo for controlling the Heat, lights, and propane fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to prepare a morning Coffee to a home cooked meal. At the Coffee/Tea station you will find a Single cup Keurig, a kettle with optional Tea steeper. The kitchen has all major appliances including a dishwasher but you will also find an Air Fryer, Slow cooker and blender. The kitchen sink is fitted with Moen Touchless faucet and reverse osmosis filtered drinking water tap. The Living room is great for entertaining or relaxing, based on your mood. The room is designed around a large natural stone wall with built in propane fireplace (Just ask Alexa to turn it on for you) and a 75” smart TV with access to Netflix and other streaming applications. In one corner you will find a unique hanging chair from the vaulted ceiling and in the other is a record player with a collection of new and old records for your listening pleasure. Workspace At the bottom of the stairs you will find a custom designed live edge desk. The workspace is equipped with a 24” monitor, keyboard and mouse along with some office supplies if you need to plug back into the digital world during your stay. Laundry Room Located downstairs, you will find a washer and dryer, should things get messy! You will also find an ironing board, iron/steamer, and drying rack to use should you require. Sunroom Off the kitchen you will find the sunroom, full of windows offering you magical views of the pond, a sectional couch, high top table and a wood burning fire place. This room is great for catching the evening sun, roasting s'mores, enjoying a fire before, after or during a soak in the hot tub! The sunroom leads out to the large balcony with outdoor seating, hot tub and BBQ. Hot Tub Relax and recharge in from the 6 person hot tub, while enjoying spectacular views of the pond. Let the massaging seats and waterfall features soothe your soul and calm your nerves. The Outdoor Space Around the property you will find plenty of space for entertaining and activities. The drive way has parking for 5 plus vehicles and also leads down to the private dock area where you will find a beach and a huge 16x24 personal dock with seating. Pond side, you will find a propane fire table for a relaxing evening fire. Head up the stairs to find the house overlooking a large grass lawn with another seating/swing area. You will find a tickle trunk filled with outdoor toys/games, hanging swing, hammock and other seating options.
