Great stay , centrally located close to the beach . Would definitely stay here again !

Five star property!! Extremely comfortable (beds, layout for 5 guests, preparing meals) and accessible to everything we planned to do in the area. Exactly as pictured and much more. Pool table in garage and the backyard are huge pluses for a fun and entertaining time in the space. We look forward to renting this property in the future.

The house was great - beautiful and in a good location. We did have stained towels in the bathrooms and no blankets, but my only real complaint is the multiple "reminder" messages Bailey sent me during our stay. The messages were unnecessary, not welcoming, and almost harrassing (treating me like a 14 yo that was being watched). The 1st message was only 2 hrs after check-in. It was a "reminder" that we shared a wall with her tenants, so we should keep the tv volume down (the tv was on, but not loud). The 2nd message (at 9pm while we were in the back yard) was a "reminder" that it was time to go inside soon since quiet hours start at 10 pm. The last was a "reminder" that we needed to check-out before 10am. I do not see similar complaints posted, so I wonder if these messages were an isolated incident (discriminatory). Lastly, I'll note there was a sign posted in the house that threatened a $200 fine (in addition to the cleaning fee already charged) if the cleaning list was not satisfied

Nice house. Quiet and great location. However, communicated to host about missing hairdryers and no remedy given. Main Bathroom left with recent stains, no action taken by host. Not enough toiletries given, only enough for 1 night stay, again communicated to host and I only got a “thank you for feedback”. They have a long list of duties to be accomplished at check out, not appropriate after 350 cleaning fee.
