A visit to the old town standing out for its medieval architecture, narrow streets full of local boutiques and good restaurant, is highly recommended. Here, you will also find the unmissable Maisons de Vins and will have the opportunity to take a tour along the Route de Vins de Bergerac. The unique riverside medieval and renaissance town of Périgueux, is also easily accessible. A lively market takes place on a daily basis in Place du Coderec. Besided, the area is famous for its amazing golf courses. Dordogne is a true haven for nature and sport lovers alike offering a wide array of outdoor activities, from horse-back riding, to tennis, mountain-biking, golfing and watersports, not to mention the number of hiking and fishing opportunities. Yes, including a weekly change for stays of over 7 nights (a change is left in the house). Pool heating charge? €100 per week, payable in cash upon arrival - must be requested a minimum of two days in advance. Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures. Please also note the pool features an electric enclosure (not shown in photos) which can be opened and closed as required. Minimum stay? 14 nights. Changeover day? Saturday. Insurance? Guests are recommended to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, personal belongings, public liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay. Pets welcome? On request only and with prior agreement with the owner. End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival.
