my family and I felt right at home. the house is beautiful and lovely. it's in a peaceful neighborhood. we enjoyed our time there and will definitely return. Erick was very responsive and thoughtful. I am definitely recommending his place.
No problems at all. House was very nice & clean. Close to all the things we wanted to do. Easy to find. All good!
The stay was great, very nice neighborhood and comfy & clean house. Only issue we had was the wifi basically didn't work the entire stay when we have a 2 & 9 year old. Not Erick's fault and he was doing his best to fix the issue for us. And he did mention he would try compensate us for the inconvenience. Any questions we had Erick was very responsive and seems to enjoy helping his AirBnB'ers.
It was a fantastic stay, beautiful home and community! The home was so clean and well taken care of. Everything was relatively close, under 20 minutes. We highly recommend you visit Cap’s on the water, awesome views and food
The place is beautiful and spacious. Large cooking area and pretty much I everything I needed to entertain. The only con for me, but certainly not a big deal, was that the backyard was not fenced in and private from the other neighbors. We only saw kids playing the first night but never after that so it was never an issue and you don’t really see anyone but the gardeners! The property is really pretty and very well maintained!

Our Artsy Mid Century Modern Home is located just off of Route 207 in the South St. Augustine area, 3 miles off Interstate 95. It is about 5 miles from Downtown Historic St. Augustine Florida, which is the home of Flagler College, St. Johns State College, endless small quaint shops, great restaurants, bars, wonderful scenic views of the Atlantic Ocean, boats and the St. Augustine Marina. St. Augustine & Vilano Beaches are within 8 miles from our home. There is a Publix Grocery store within 3 miles, Walmart Super Center within 4 miles, Epic Theaters is within 2.5 miles. We are just 10 miles from the St. Augustine Premium Outlets and tons of other big box stores and eateries!
Catch a sunset sailboat from the St. Augustine Marina or tour the Historic St. Augustine Fort. Visit St. Augustine's Alligator farm, take a stroll through the St. Augustine Amphitheater or take the family for a tour of the St. Augustine Pirate & Treasure Museum! Have a great dinner and drinks at the St. Augustine Distillery or take a wine tasting trip to the San Sebastian Winery, both are within minutes!
